They expect people to do the work for them and then expect to get praised about it, and make up a unique species of their own. To quote Urban Dictionary: Noobs know little and have no will to learn any more. Literally everyone, even I would have been a newbie when you start out. Newbies also don't really participate in GEs and GBGs, mainly due to focusing on map and a shortage of units.
They start out at a lowly guild, but has ambition to advance into a larger guild.
Perhaps would have probably slapped down their Zeus or their Lighthouse, and probbaly have one or two event buildings at a low level, but nothing more. Your typical player, just trying to get technologies to get through the Three MAs, and is very reliant on the guild.
